It's seems like a ghost town inside. Asked for two double "cheeseburgers" plain. Well that's what we got two pieces of bread and two pieces of meat. And when I returned to the counter to explain what I needed, the manager treated me like it was my fault or I was wrong for asking them to fix it.
Not sure why this location or any Burger King in Winston Salem is still open. Nothing is ever served hot nor fresh. You really have to go outside of Winston to get a decent Burger King experience and service. Seems they hire anyone nowadays. what a shame!And they always want to pull you forward if you go thru the drive thru so they can make the "time" look good on paper. I always want to refuse to pull foward but not sure what would be done to my food if so. Do yourself a favor...read full review

At least this store had the special I get, if my local one doesn't pick up the 2 for $6 again they will be shuttering their doors. Service was anything but fast but all "fast food" restaurants need to change their name to "over processed over priced" food.If it weren't for my special I doubt I'd choose Burger King over the competition ever.
