“It was shocking to me how clean this place was. When I was there it was fairly slow with only about 4 tables seated. Two separate employees could be seen cleaning the preparation areas and the dining area. The cashier was very courteous. In an era where most fast food restaurants basically throw the food at you with a scowl on their face this was remarkably pleasant.“

“Whatever management is paying Omar it isn't enough, I have never felt so welcome in a Subway, he was holding down the entire store by himself and conversating with me as if we were best friends that went back twenty years. Best experience I've had in a subway, exclusively thanks to him.“

“I just went through the drive thru for breakfast and Emmy took my order. I thought we had a complicated one because my husband just wanted egg whites. She knew exactly how to ring up the order and did it quickly. She greeted me with a smile and was so polite. Emmy is the model of a great Chick-fil-A employee. Love this location and the wonderful employees. Food was amazing. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Thanks CFA of King!“

“Well I was out paying bills and I decided to stop in this establishment only for a hot coffee, i walked up to the counter and asked the female clerk i would like a senior coffee and the woman said you must order first, I said are you joking she looked and said no sir its our policy,I had money on me and I was disappointed but not shocked, so I said to the female clerk no problem I will gladly go to another restaurant to get coffee, no anger, no cursing, no name calling I just walked out, and Almighty God is my witness to this interchange with the female cashier. So I will never walk in another chick fil-A restaurant again. But I still saw how clean the facilities were, that was my very 3rd times every visiting this establishment, I will still give them a great rating simply because they are much younger cashiers and many aren't taught about old school ethics, standards, morality, even though I understand the establishment is supposed to be Christian base establishment. So I am not angry or offended just disappointed peace and Almighty God bless you all. ❤️ human resources classes might be a good thing to offer employees. And I was expecting to pay for my coffee gladly, a Vietnam vet who defended this country and this is the truth.“

“Good sandwiches, but someone has to ask… why tipping? It is fast food, healthy fast food, but not full service down restaurant. My friend paid for a large order including sandwich - and yes tipped.(felt the pressure .)I went up later and bought cookies. Again a prompt for a tip - I’m not understanding why ringing up the total cost and doing absolutely nothing else would make anyone think a tip could be an option. I know these workers are not making $2.35 per hour (I do tip servers) so why can you not pay your staff without the asking for tips?“
