It's sad that every time I decide to give this McDonald's another chance it never surprises me. Service is always the same. You have to ask for fresh food all the time, they will serve you food that's been sitting and tell you it's fresh. Fries are always limp, you ask for fresh no salt, you get limp no salt. Every time I arrive there is a long line. The service is slow and sometimes I am online for 30 minutes. It's crazy here most of the time there is only one drive through open. This store really needs restructured.

Ice cream machine down of course. That will always be a complaint against McDonald's. Either get a machine easy enough for people to clean and serve your Mcflurries or take them off the menu.
