It's sad that every time I decide to give this McDonald's another chance it never surprises me. Service is always the same. You have to ask for fresh food all the time, they will serve you food that's been sitting and tell you it's fresh. Fries are always limp, you ask for fresh no salt, you get limp no salt. It's pitiful. The owner should want better for the establishment than to always get complaints but it's privately owned so no one cares. I'm sure lots of people would rate this place but just say don't go back. You better make sure you check your food before you leave. It's sad when you live 1 mile away but decide to go to a McDonald's 2 to 3 miles away just to know your good will be good.

I've been coming here for years I've live a mile away since I was 8 I am now 27 I love iced coffee from here I get the same kind the same way every time I won't drink it any other way every employee that's ever worked there or any other McDonald's even in other states make it right but the lady who was at the second window I can count on it being wrong every time without fail and if you try to get it corrected she throws a hissy fit like a toddler and acts like is isn't her job to correct it then someone else will take over the situation and make it correct. The only reason it bothers me so bad she wares a managers shirt. If you're the manager make the coffee right if you're a coffee drinker you know where I'm coming from if not it's like you favorite meal burnt until you taste like nothing that you want. I hate to complain I never do but I work hard like really hard physically for my pay I just want my coffee made right..

Every time I arrive there is a long line. The service is slow and sometimes I am online for 30 minutes. It's crazy here most of the time there is only one drive through open. This store really needs restructured.
