Chicken Restaurants near Whitsett

“This Zaxby’s is hands down one of the best places to eat in the area, and a huge part of that is because of the owner, Keith Jordan. Keith is the kind of owner you actually see in the store, checking in, helping out, and making sure everything runs the right way. He’s always attentive to both customers and employees, and it shows in every part of the experience. You can tell he truly takes care of his staff. The employees are consistently friendly, motivated, and professional, which speaks volumes about how they’re treated behind the scenes. When a team is respected and supported like that, it reflects directly in the service, and this location nails it every single time. The food quality never slips. Whether it’s peak hours or late in the day, the chicken is always fresh, hot, and cooked exactly how it should be. The consistency is impressive, and it’s clear there’s a strong standard in place that Keith makes sure is maintained. You know exactly what you’re getting, and it’s always done right. This Zaxby’s is a true staple of the community. It’s a reliable, welcoming place you can count on at any hour they’re open, whether you’re grabbing a quick meal or sitting down to relax. Great food, great service, and great leadership. You really can’t ask for more.“

“This place is amazing! Foods your normal Smithfield but what makes this place so amazing is the staff! There is a manager or maybe owner that is always there and always goes above and beyond! He himself is what makes this the best Smithfield to go to!!!“

“My daughter and I had lunch here today and to say I was blown away by the kindness and overall amazing atmosphere this location has. I know chick fil a is known for their friendly service but these staff members went above and beyond in every way to make is even slightly easier eating out alone with a toddler. We will definitely be stopping back in!“

“The service was pretty good. The food was good, but the chicken was almost too hot to eat. Once I could eat it, it was really good. I had that with the homemade chips, which were also good. The tea was REALLY sweet.I was leary about going here after an experience when they first opened, but I'll say, I think I was proven wrong. They've improved!“
