“I took my 18 month old daughter to dine in this afternoon (we frequently do mobile thru and never have a complaint) but I am trying to teach my daughter how to behave in a restaurant.
As most parents, I was trying to be conscious of her noise and mess so as to not disturb the other customers dining. Leslie saw me trying to clean up, and told me that I shouldn’t be doing that and she was happy to do it once we were finished. Of course, I insisted but the interaction was very kind.
A few minutes later, Leslie returned with a small gift for my daughter and it absolutely made both of our days!! There was no long conversation beforehand, or much interaction, just a very kind woman who took the opportunity to make our days better. Leslie is the epitome of a good, hard-working, compassionate employee and CFA is lucky to have her!!
Honorable mention to the employees working the register as well. I did not get their name but their kindness was appreciated just as much.
I’ve always known CFA is marketed as family friendly but they really proved it during our meal today!“

“I and a group of 8-12 people frequent Nonnos Italian Pizza in Burlington NC. It is 5 stars in every aspect. I usually get the Lasagna, and it is the best. The tea is delicious and the service and atmosphere is great. It is a busy place. A favorite of many people. I highly recommend Nonnos. Tell them Rick sent you. “I visited CAVA yesterday and had such a wonderful experience! The food was fresh and absolutely delicious, and the service truly made the visit the best I've had all week. Lucie greeted me with a bright smile and genuine kindness right from the start, creating such a welcoming atmosphere that I decided to dine in, instead of taking my meal to go as I initially intended. “The absolute best lunch experience i have had since Covid. It is almost impossible to get a trifecta for lunch. I had the chicken, egg and potato salad with fruit plate. Every single bite was excellent. We also had a smiling and friendly waitress. ? “

“Updating the review. As I said I do not mind errors but how one responds to those errors is important. The owner of Mimi's called me, apologized, and made the interaction right. He found out why my ravioli came out like it did and fixed the issue. I do trust Mimi's to take care of the customer and to deliver quality food & service.
We were told by friends that this place was great and when we ordered and picked up they were kind and engaging, BUT I ordered 70 bucks worth of food, we were having a family game night and one of my sons ordered a Caesar salad. I picked up the order and when we got home it was not there. I called and they said I could drive back and get it or on my next visit (Very Presumptuous) they would give me a free salad. They could not or would not credit my card. I ordered baked ravioli. when I opened it looked like soup and one has to swish around the pan trying to find the ravioli. One of my sons actually called it ravioli soup. The flavor was meh. SO I pay for something, drive to pick it up, its not in the order and you make the assumption , "He'll be back" and then I am supposed to tell you this story. look up my details and see if my free salad is there? I don't mind errors, but how you respond to them determines if we are coming back and Mimi's we are not coming back. Your policies or practices should benefit the customer. This did not and the ravioli was pitiful.“

“The key west chicken is wonderful. Tender and juicy touch of sweet and grilled to perfection. No where I’ve been has chicken like this. If you like a taste of a sweet glaze get the steamed veggies or broccoli and ask for the Asian sauce to pour on. It is yummy.“

“This family owned, sister/woman run sandwich shop was fantastic! Simple menu, create your own options, generous portions, chewy toasted bread filled with delicious ingredients, helpful friendly staff, and homemade desserts! I didn’t have room for soup but I’ll bet it’s great too! Love that they have a 1/2 sandwich or salad or soup option at a reasonable price. They take to go orders. Pear salad was on a simple bed of lettuce but look how many pecans were on it!!“

“Cheyenne is the only saving grace in this establishment. Your hostess sat us in a section that apparently had no waitstaff attached to it. We sat for 20 minutes with no greeting, no someone will be right with you, no nothing. I went to the hostess stand and asked for a manager. We were moved and placed with Cheyenne who was amazing and turned our time/experience around and the reason for the 4 stars ⭐️ she deserves the 5 stars but unfortunately the restaurant does not. she was so kind even tho i was hangry by the time we got to her! She didn’t miss a beat, unlike the hostess and MOD.“

“I don’t know why it took me so long to find this place but the vegan options are awesome! Finding food I can eat when I come home to visit family isn’t the easiest so I’m so glad I discovered The Mission! The vegan-dilla was delicious! Thank you for having several vegan friendly options!“

I know chick fil a is known for their friendly service but these staff members went above and beyond in every way to make is even slightly easier eating out alone with a toddler. Keith is the kind of owner you actually see in the store, checking in, helping out, and making sure everything runs the right way.
