The staff is great kind and helpful, the fact the manager/store keeps the tips thats meant for the help is a bit disturbing. So I make sure to hand the employee any tip to avoid this issue.
We generally experienced good pizza however sometimes the pizzas kind of soggy in the middle so I might try next time to order the pizza cook extra done
Something I would like to see added to the app is to share tracking information so that someone who's going to pick up the order in the family could know when to leave the nearby store if buying something else to know when to get over to pick up the pizza
