Ordered a garlic epic stuffed crust pizza with extra cheese through the app. Apparently, the app itself has an extra "no sauce" option even if you select original sauce, so beware of that. I don't blame the store for that though. However I was missing the "epic garlic" portion of my stuffed crust pizza when it was delivered. And when we called the store to let them know of the issue with the order, the only thing they would address is the missing sauce that wasn't their fault (refusing to address or correct the issue with my pizza selection that DID show up correctly on the order details). Very frustrating situation with the service to not have our issue heard and it not be corrected. Have had some minor issues with orders in the past, but nothing like this with the service. It'll probably be a while before we try this location again.

Whatever you do never order from this papa johns ever again . The manager Toby is disgusting. He does things to people's food if he doesn't like you. The crew knows about it also. They should all be fired and sued. This is the most repulsed I have ever been after hearing about it. I heard an employee talking about this not knowing I was listening to everything they said. I will NEVER eat here again. And I encourage you to not eat here either. No wonder the health score is so bad. Bad atmosphere overall. Employees should never talk like this at any job. But it shows the lack of training and Leadership from this Toby manager who is apparently the ring leader and it shows.

My entire house got sick, pizza smelt a little funny but I ignored it thinking it was the
Pretty inconsistent. Multiple times ordered the order has been incorrect on delivery. Especially missing sauces or drinks. Ordered delivery 4 days ago with no issue, now call in and the manager says my house is out of delivery range? Seems pretty poor on management. It’s alright, I’ll just give DoorDash the tip.

Want a cold pizza that is not cut at all, and looked like it was made by a drunk blind person? If your answer is no, avoid this at all cost. I ordered the Shaq-a-Roni. Now I have had this many times at the Papa John's in GA so I know what it should look like. Omg!First I ordered it on Doordash. It took 45 minutes for the status to change to being prepared, the strainer to waiting for pickup. When I talked to the Dasher, he waited over 20 minutes, and had to ask 2 times. The Dasher was great. The pizza was a hot mess.,well a sort of warm mess.I've used Doordash many times, and since I know it was straight trip to my house 11 minutes away, I can't blame them.So cool pizza, but when I opened it, instead of the spiral peperoni, it was more some here and extra pepperoni elsewhere. Lastly, there was no cut marks in this pizza at all. Looking underneath, you can see, no one cut the pizza.I worked for Papa John's years ago. This was an embarrassing meal.

Delivery takes forever and why even have a delivery option with only one delivery driver. Make no sense at all. Cold food is definite here. Also free toppings on your pizza that u don't want on there as well. Not my first choice ever. But the workers are fantastic. Very friendly and inviting. Should turn this Papa John's into a buffet or eat in place so that the food stays hot and gets cooked correctly.
Whatever you do, don't waste your time with Papa John's and delivery. We ordered a pizza and an hour and a 1/2 later 30 seconds before they close they call us on the phone. Telling us that doordash was not going to be there to pick up our pizza to deliver it!

Ordered delivery on 10/15/23. DoorDash was used for delivery which was quicker than expected. I typically order extra cheese on my pizza because most places skimp on cheese these days. There was definitely no extra cheese on the pizza and there was barely enough to call it a regular portion. Sad. Also they just poor sauce into the box over the wings, so don’t expect your wings to be coated in the sauce that you ordered. Pizza did not taste like what I am used to from Papa John’s. The dough was extra doughy, not cooked all the way and tasted off. Maybe they have started using a new dough, but it was not right either way. Overall, this Papa John’s location is subpar at best.

Terrible experience, yet again. I ordered a pizza from this location about a week ago and found hair in my pizza. I called the store and reported the issue and they offered to refund me or remake the pizza. I chose the remake since it was dinner. I decided to give them another chance today and ordered some cheese sticks. Yet again, there is hair in my food. This location needs to do better and make their staff wear hair nets. Finding hair in my food twice is disgusting and unsanitary. I will never order food from this location again!!!!!

If leaving no stars was a option it would definitely be happening, from order through the app everything seemed fine. Once order arrived nothing seemed wrong until opening my pizza and it was completely wrong. I call the manager and expressed my concern to which she seem little to none remorse. When I went to the store to ask about a refund they said they wouldn't do anything until the following day!! I simply asked for a document stating that the transaction would be getting processed and I was very sternly told to get the F*** out of the store. When I asked for a higher up form of contact they denied it until I forced it out of them. Once on the phone with Toby the GM he simply told me it was his day off work and not his problem. I will never be using this business again and turning all of my family and friends away from this business as well!!

We walked in to pick up our pizza at around 12 am and noticed there was only one employee (Joey) working. He had tons of orders. He never once showed that he was overwhelmed. He was friendly and got our order to us as quick as he could. I felt terrible because the other customers were not as friendly as my finance and I. Thank you for your great service Joey.
