We stopped by on our way out of town the night before Thanksgiving, and the two women working provided excellent service. They adeptly handled several online orders while cheerfully serving in-person customers. They were knowledgeable with rewards, and the experience was a pleasant surprise on a busy night before Thanksgiving.
Placed two app orders because of the deals. Well my worst fears came true. Neither sub was made correctly and of course we didn't realize it until we got home. Paid $3 for extra meat and cheese, and it wasn't added. I ordered some different veggies and they weren't added. I mean is it really that hard to take your time and read the order? I haven't even opened my sandwich yet, but I was having a crappy day and Tim behind the counter really turned it around. Tim is competent, kind, and friendly, exactly the kind of person I want on the other side of the counter when I'm hungry and already grouchy.Thank you, Tim!
