The staff is unprofessional and does not communicate. I don't work there, and I feel that they should yell you if an item is on sale and can't be used in the mobile app. I speak to the manager and he shrugs his shoulders like its your loss sis.. Well it's your loss because I won't spend another dime of my child's money there trying to get his breakfast for camp. You all are very unprofessional. Mebane Oaks Rd.
VERY RUDE staff. I was treated like a criminal and a liar by multiple employees today. They gave me a huge attitude when I asked to have my fries remade. When I asked for my 2nd refill, the employee tried to make up her own rules saying that it’s only one refill per customer per visit. When I told her that I have never had an issue getting refills before, she asked the manager who confirmed that customers can get unlimited refills during their visit.
