This use to be my go to 'Take out hub". The food since the covid lockdown has dropped in flavor and quality. Sorry, but true.
If you are European- don’t go there. If you are used to eat fast food it might be ok. \nWe had a combo chicken sweet-sour with an egg roll. Let me summarize- the egg roll and the rice were ok. The fried chicken was so so, but the sauce was a joke - a 100% artificial something
Have gone to Stir King for many years and enjoy their food. What used to cost $35 is closer to $55 now. Will not be visiting as frequently.

Stir King is a popular Chinese restaurant in Mebane known for its amazing food and friendly staff. The portions are generous, and the newly remodeled lobby adds to the cozy atmosphere. Customers sometimes experience a slight wait due to the restaurant's popularity, but it's definitely worth it. The hot and sour soup is a must-try, and the General's Chicken can be made extra spicy upon request. The staff provides great service, as seen when they promptly replaced a missing lo mein order with a complimentary upgrade to a larger portion.
