Food was great, the cooks need raise, but cashiers are trash...management is trash, I ordered a sausage biscuit and burrito and a hashbrown and my condiments were forgotten as well as my hashbrown. When I called to explain the situation to the manager on duty at 8:25am on 4/28/24, He acted like it wasn't an issue.And when I ask for corporate number as well as his name he would not give me that information. DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS LOCATION

Today's visit was great. The cashier was very friendly, service was fast, food was hot and fresh.But let's talk about the prices!!!$3.39 for a sausage mcgriddle!$6.89 for a sausage gravy biscuit meal!Won't be visiting often

Watch your recite and make sure all your food is in bag. For what they charge check and make sure they don't charge you for stuff you ain't buying. Seems like they always forget something you ordered.

Mother placed a mobile order and when we to drive thru to pick it up, they had no awareness of our order. went in as we were instructed and the manager nick up front at the register was sitting on his phone goofing off, not paying an ounce attention. took way too long for nick to ask us what we needed. My mother instructed we placed a mobile order and rudely he looked over at the screen and said “i don’t have any mobile orders”. we showed him the receipt, and either asked him for a refund and or to remake the food which is not that hard to make a $20 order. he proceeded to not do either of these things and when my mom left she slammed door which yes was wrong, nick said “you break it you fix it.”. When we called customer service they had knowledge of our order and told us it would be back in the bank account! terrible experience. go to trollingwood rd instead.

Just when this place was starting to get better, they gave me sweet iced tea instead of the unsweet that I ordered. I even asked at the window. They need to understand that sugar is very dangerous for some people.Today was dirty and slow and they could not deliver what I wanted. Down to 2.Food is decent and inexpensive. People are friendly. Can be dirty. Smoking by workers and customers is troublesome.I wish they trained their employees better here. I saw one today carelessly flicking her cigarette onto the ground. If she is that way about personal hygiene, what is she going to do with your food?Tea is weak and men's room smells of urine. Otherwise a decent place for an inexpensive meal or snack.Today really dumb person at drive-through window. They made it look better, but didn't improve the service.Today, my wife and I stopped by with a simple order. I asked for my unsweetened tea with light ice but instead the server filled the cup with ice. When asked to correct it to light ice, the server filled the cup with sweetened tea. Don't these people (or local management) realize that can be a DEADLY mistake for certain people. Down to one star. Can it get any worse? Who trains the servers??? They must have changed the recipe for the unsweet iced tea. It tastes like unfiltered sewer water.They did it again. Sweet tea instead of unsweet. It's always a crapshoot with this place. Although the people are polite, I am not raising my review from one star until they give me a reasons to think that they can actually fulfill the correct review.I stopped by for a drink at the drive-through and noticed an employee taking out the trash. As he walked between the restaurant and the trash bin, several pieces of trash spilled into the driveway, but he didn't seem to notice he kept going, and deposited the remaining trash in the van, and then walked back past all the trash to the hood spilled on his way out without noticing again. Later, the same guy came out to hand, carry some trash and spit into the driveway.I am now officially disgusted with the management of this place and its employees. I'll find another place to get my iced tea.Was that employee peeing while he was smoking behind the garbage building? Filthy!
