“Our server, Sebastian, was friendly and attentive. The food arrived relatively quickly. The onion rings and the fries were very good. That being said, my sister ordered a burger and I ordered a cheese steak sandwich. As soon as I tasted my sandwich, I had to grab the salt shaker because the meat wasn't seasoned at all. When we left, my sister said that her burger wasn't seasoned at all, either. Might deserve a second chance, we'll see. A little disappointed, though.“

“Loretta B. Was the most amazing cashier/waitress/customer service staff member I have experienced in a LONG time!! She saw that my son and I were not happy with the corn dogs we got because of the taste, and she came over and asked us what she could do to make it right!! She brought us the food they replaced it with!! What Cookout employee does that? She was taking food to tables, providing condiments, and making sure she acknowledged every customer’s needs!! I am very impressed with this cookout because her!! Our food wasn’t the best but she made me wanna come back!!!! Thank you Loretta B. !!! ?“

“I stopped for gas and noticed this attached Burger King. I had my special needs adult son with me and he loves BK so we popped in for a quick bite. I believe the cashier that took our order was fairly new because she had a little trouble but she was very nice and she got our order correct. It didn't take long, about 5 minutes max and we were seated and eating.The food was some of the best BK I've had in a long time. Everyone we came into contact with was polite and cordial. My son and I had a great relaxing lunch. I would definitely stop there again in the future.“
