Best fast food in my opinion! They always get it right and I've not had an issue receiving someone else's order however I will state that I repeatedly get the bags of ice and at least twice a week they are out of bags and try to pawn me off for large cups of ice which is in nowhere equal to the five packs of bag and I have receipts to prove all of this and I have called you guys multiple times and this is happening in the Huffman Mill and University Drive locations both. I visit a lot of Chick-fil-A's. This one seems extremely clean, well organized, and has a friendly staff. I've been there twice and they had fresh cut flowers on the tables each time.

Best experience ever. I was shocked on how beautiful this chick fil a is compared to the ones in Durham. The staff is super sweet and welcoming. Hopefully I come back here soon. And the chickin-minis, were amazing soft and warm. Like fresh out of the oven ? the chick fil a’s in Durham could never. I wish could give this location a 10 star!
