On 2/13/24, I ordered online a regular #12 at 12:52pm and was told it would be ready at 1:06 pm. I showed up at 1:08 and my sandwich had not been started yet. Finally, at 1:14 I left the shop with my sandwich. Jersey Mike's has the best sandwiches, but I have the worst customer experience at this store.Elizabeth, I would love to talk with you about my experience. How do I do that?
I was feeling a little dizzy today while ordering my food. Elizabeth and Cora went above and beyond to make sure that I was ok. Their customer service is unmatched. Thanks Elizabeth and Cora!
