Jennifer suggested the steak and cheese and Jonathon made me the best steak and cheese sub that I have ever eaten. They were even kind enough to let me try their house made chocolate chip cookie. I highly recommend this location. Keep up the great work!

I ordered a #7 and #17 First the guy making the sandwich was trying to open candy with his teeth and hand with gloves prior to making my sandwich and did not change his gloves. On #17 which is a Philly cheese steak, the cheese wasn’t melted at all. This was my first and last time at this location.

My order took longer than time provided on online order and I saw a man that cooks the food do a fist bump with a customer and I didn’t see him change his gloves before he went back in the kitchen area! I’m so disgusted and will not be returning! Luckily he didn’t cook my food

I will personally not be eating at this branch ever again. On my lunch break 2 weeks ago I went in only to be told by an older lady that the Philly steak I asked for they couldn’t do? I politely asked her why as it was 3 people up front on the makeshift counter & she stated that they didn’t have anyone to work the grill & was short staffed? Being that I did not care for any cold subs that day I felt dismissed as I use to make subs, run the cash register, bust tables, & then some?I’m not understanding what the problem or issue was?? I felt like the older lady was incompetent to multi tasking? If so and if she’s the day manager or whatever she’s supposed to be makes Jersey Mike look extremely bad!!The young gentleman making the subs was so polite and apologized as that’s the only good experience from this store.I went back to this same store last week to run into the same older lady again. I asked for a Philly steak & cheese and she tells me that they only had chicken???! Huh?? What?? How can this store never be prepared for what is on their menus??!!! That is so crazy!! The same young gentleman apologized again & was so professional!!I went to the other Jersey Mike near University Drive & 3 people were also there working & prepared my sub in less than 5 minutes!! Needless to say I was beyond disappointed & frustrated with the other Jersey Mike!!!When I told them how disappointed & ticked off I was with the store on South Church street they all had worked there and quit! I don’t blame them as if that store can’t provide consistently what is on their menus then that store should be SHUT DOWN point blank!!!!!!!!!!

On 2/13/24, I ordered online a regular #12 at 12:52pm and was told it would be ready at 1:06 pm. I showed up at 1:08 and my sandwich had not been started yet. Finally, at 1:14 I left the shop with my sandwich. Jersey Mike's has the best sandwiches, but I have the worst customer experience at this store.Elizabeth, I would love to talk with you about my experience. How do I do that?

That was the wettest sub I've ever had in my life, don't order their Buffalo Chicken because any other Jersey Mikes can do it better I promise. The whole thing wouldn't stay together, soggiest bread imaginable, meat was everywhere BUT in the sub, old lettuce, and the whole sub tasted spoiled. Never ordering here again.

I am very disappointed in my visit today. I was out mowing/working today and the wife was at home sick with our new born. On the way home I asked the wife what she wanted for lunch and she said that she wanted a regular tuna sub from Jersey Mikes as she loves these. Long story short, I wasted $10 on this sub because it was made too spicy. My wife gets this all the time so she should know. She could only eat a few bites so I went back hoping that they would settle the matter. Upon arrival, I asked to speak with the manager and told her what the problem was. She informed me that the tuna comes with pepper and I told her that the wife said it tasted like it had Jalapeños. Her response was “It doesn’t have that in it.” She then said that she could make another sandwich but couldn’t give a refund. I politely said no thanks and left. My fault, I should have went with my initial opinion when I first walked in the business and saw a big line. Then I went to the mens bathroom and the light didn’t even work. On top of this, the bathroom was filthy on just what I could see with my phone flashlight and the toilet was stopped up with poop. We will never go to this location again and maybe not even the brand anymore.

I visited this company in Burlington NC and they make the best chicken cheese steak it's called The big kahuluna. Ask for drew to make your Sandwich, he's the best.

This store needs changes in staff. The manager on duty was preparing the sandwiches and trying to keep pace but her slow staff needs to be reprimanded. Especially One employee (Diva) who was entirely to rude to customers.My sandwich literally sat on the counter 10 plus mins till it was ready for me. It took 25 mins from the time I placed order till it was ready.Before I left The rude employee called the police on another customer. He seem to not want to work. I couldn't tell what the customer was doing but the employee incited him till where they were cussing each other out.The food was not great today. The bread didn't seem freshly baked.This store needs help. The manager on duty did the best she could trying to fill orders.What happened to employee name tags? I like to be specific.
