Chewy cold pretzels. I want a pretzel hot out of oven.
Genuinely how is this place still in business? The manager with the big beard is extremely rude! They burn every pretzel and their service is very poor!
Rude and lazy employees! Their pretzels are never good unless you go in right when they open. Dirty place too! They need new management!
