Paid $18 for what was supposed to be a SOFT pretzel & SOFT pretzel bites with 2 dips. Both were so hard we could barely chew them. Hard and had hardly any cinnamon and sugar on them. It was about 7:30pm (Tuesday, 3/26) & the young man said they'd ran out of dough and wouldn't be making anymore for the day. There weren't even many people in and out. We bought what was already available, not realizing how bad it would be. Save your money. Usually go here every time we visit Tanger, not anymore.

This is what was sold to me they were so burnt I couldn’t eat them went back at 5:35 tonight and returned them and the manager wouldn’t even look at them and never apologized just said this is how they come out his attitude was disgusting and terrible I will not be ever going back there to

Quick service!Cinnamon sugar pretzel nuggets are always awesome!Really need to cook the mini pretzel dogs a little less. The dog is dry... Sometimes they are spot on other times overcooked.

This has always been one of my favorite places to grab a quick snack or lunch. My favorite are the pretzel dogs. My only suggestion would be adding cups of mustard instead of the packs, as most people are walking with their snack.
