“Visiting NC from PA. Stopped here for dinner tonight. Employees were nice and helpful. Food is very good! Prices are higher than I expected (though still not bad) but portions are huge so it makes sense. My younger daughter and I each got a plate of strips/fries. There's "only" 3 strips but they're huge. We easily could've shared one order. The sweet tea is delicious and they have the BEST ice. We weren't 100% sure if we were supposed to tip. You order at the counter and they deliver your food to your table. We just weren't sure if it was expected like a full service restaurant or not like fast food. This establishment falls somewhere in the middle so we opted to leave a tip. If we had one of these places locally, it would be added to our regular rotation of places we choose when I don't want to cook. I'd recommend it!“

“My first visit after a 9am court date. Holy moly was it good! We went in at 11am and ordered. I had the 3 meat plate which consisted of fried oysters, brisket and smoked sausage. Everything was great but those oysters were KILLER. For a BBQ joint to have them and make them so delicious was a real surprise. Sides were scalloped potatoes and collards with extra hushpuppies and honey butter. Everything was excellent. I'll be going back every time I'm in Graham/Burlington.“

“We had a church function tonight for 70 people, and the contracted catering company dropped the ball on the date. With all 70 waiting the Hursey's in Mebane saved the day and had food ready for all 70 in 30 minutes! Incredible service and the food was delicious as always, thank you Hursey's!“
