Based on the reviews, Firehouse Subs Ram's Plaza offers excellent food, including the best subs like the turkey jerk sandwich and a really good meatball sub w/ pepperoni. The staff is friendly, courteous, and personable, providing excellent customer service. The food is made in good timing, the atmosphere is good, and the tables are usually clean. However, there are several issues. The wait time can be very lengthy when only one employee is taking orders and preparing food, while a manager is present but unwilling to help. The self serve fountain drink machine is always dirty with hand prints and an unclean interior, and it is only cleaned twice a week. Online ordering does not work, and phone calls are not answered. Additionally, the store has been found closed with an 'out to lunch' sign on the door. While the food and service from staff are praised, this location needs work on management support and cleanliness.
