The customer service was horrible. When placing my order online it didn't submit correctly and left pork on my Hook and Ladder sub. I DO NOT EAT PORK. I politely explained the situation to the worker and was told there was nothing he could do. However, yes there . He could have had the decency to remake it without the swine. Worst experience at this location ever, he was even rude about. Very disgusted.

I ordered a build your own turkey sandwich with "only turkey, lettuce, onion, and tomato." When I got my sandwich it had cheese. I went back up to the counter and apologized for the trouble, telling them I am allergic to dairy and said "only turkey, lettuce, onion and tomato," which the cashier confirmed is what I said. The manager replied that the build your own sandwich always comes with cheese, so I needed to say no cheese, and refused to remake it. I understand we had a miscommunication, but I literally had an inedible sandwich. After 10 minutes of this they remade it, but I felt so unnecessarily embarrassed and talked down to. After all that the sandwich was bad. I'm never going here again and, particularly, given all the similarly priced options directly across the street or a block away. I recommend trying the Alpaca Chicken, the cava or chopt.

I am a fan of Firehouse subs but not this location. Go to a different one. The folks working here are more focused on socializing with each other than serving subs to customers.

Very friendly staff and good food but just out of things so it limits what you can order.
Very tasty subs. I went with a friend. We took a medium ladder and hook and a medium steak and cheese. Both were extremely good and much better than subs from other standard chains that I have tried. Also, we highly appreciated the fact that they donate a part of their earnings to the firefighters.

We were headed to a 6 pm soccer match at UNC and needed something fast. This restaurant was very clean. The lady who took our order was fantastic. She had a great personality. We ordered Italian subs. They were really good and warm. We truly enjoyed the food and speedy service.
