“Went for the first time to have brunch with a friend and immediately upon walking in the place was super packed and people in line so I almost walked out… but I had to wait for my friend to arrive so I decided to wait to see if someone would get up and we could catch a seat and I am sooo glad I waited because it was so worth it. We got a foccacia of sorts and a ham, egg, cheese crepe and matcha’s and everything was sooooo fresh and made to order. It gives scratch-kitchen for everything. The service was awesome too - the young lady at the register was kind but also was great at moving the line along. The food came out at good timing especially given their foot traffic. It was amazing. Highly recommend, even if you have to wait a bit to sit.

“A friend from Pickleball told me about Manhattan Cafe. I have now eaten 5 or 6 different sandwiches from there and every one has been delicious! I prefer the paninis and appreciate that they are on a type of flatbread rather than a roll or regular bread.

The servers at the counter have been friendly, helpful, and quick with the food.

My only quibble is that I do find the music a bit too loud for my taste. It makes hard to converse with your companions. Often, I will just get the food to go.“

“I decided to try CAVA again after having a bad experience last year and the employees blew my apprehensions about coming back out of the water. The line was long (lunch hour) but the workers had a positive attitude and greeted each guest as they walked up to the counter to order. They really listened to each guest as they ordered to ensure accuracy when making the orders and communicated with each other to ensure understanding. My food was delicious and I'm glad I gave this place a chance again, I'll be back for sure!!“

“We have eaten at The Mill in Old Raleigh a couple of times and have never been disappointed. The daily fish specials are amazing - well balanced flavors and unique ingredients w a lovely presentation. My wife had the steak frites most recently and loved it!! The wait staff is very attentive, Madison was terrific! The entire evening was a pleasure from the starters through dessert. Do not hesitate to give The Mill a try. You will not be disappointed.“

“We drove all the way from Swansboro, Nc to eat their pizza and mozzarella cheese sticks! No joke! We take a mini trip just to eat their delicious foods! Highly recommend! Everyone is so kind! My son even loves playing the piano as we exit the building! We are already looking forward to be returning in the near future! The cheese pull on the mozz sticks is crazy! Thank you again!!!“

The balance of flavors and the presentation is outstanding. We drove an hour and a half to try this restaurant and it was totally worth it. If I lived closer I would definitely come here once a week or twice.
I would just suggest them to keep the restaurant clean inside. It was little sticky by the table while we were eating.

“I frequent the Chick-fil-A brand all of over the country and this is my children go to place for dinner. Tonight I went to your location in Cary. First of all the attendees outside aren’t as polite as the used to be they were concerned with group conversation not serving the customers. When I pulled up the cashier, said,”What can I get you”, no hey welcome to Chick-fil-A how may I serve you. I was shocked. I asked for two 12 counts of freshly cooked nuggets. I put an emphasis on fresh. I paid, drove to get my receipt and reiterated I wanted them fresh to that attendee. I got to window and I reiterated again to the young lady who had her hair cut very close, she said, “yes sir promise”. This was an entire lie and disappointment. This is the 2nd bad experience with this particular store. I have included the pictures in the email. After speaking to Caroline she has promised to give our family a night on her, but she never asked me my name, my phone number or asked when I was planning to come back. Totally disappointed.“

“For the past 3 years, my family and I have been coming to Marco’s Pizza on Highway 54 in Durham every single Friday, and I can honestly say this location is one of the best-run restaurants I’ve ever experienced. DJ, Nate, and the entire team consistently provide outstanding customer service every single time we visit.

The pizzas are always fresh, delicious, and made with care. I love that they continue bringing in new pizza options and changing things up while still maintaining great quality. My children and my entire family look forward to Marco’s Pizza Fridays every week.

What really stands out is the professionalism of the staff. The employees are always friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, patient, and attentive. They answer the phone promptly, and if they ask you to hold, they actually come back quickly instead of leaving you waiting. Orders are made on time, and we never have to deal with long waits.

The store itself is always clean, including the bathrooms and dining area, which says a lot about how much pride they take in this location.

I genuinely love everything about this store and everything about this pizza. As long as this Marco’s Pizza stays open and in business, this is where my family will continue getting our pizza. Order was ready when I requested and it actually stayed very warm the entire time I traveled back home (about 15 minutes away). I got a breakfast sandwich with fried egg, turkey sausage, and cheese on an English muffin. I was pleasantly surprised that it actually had not one but two turkey sausage patties in it! “I had a bit of an issue with my online order — I accidentally placed it for the wrong location (Raleigh instead of Cary). When I came in, they explained it was a different store, but instead of just sending me away, Lina went above and beyond to help me.

She called, coordinated everything, and did her best to make sure I could get my order in Cary without wasting time. Thanks to her, I saved about an hour, which I really appreciate.

“I visited this CFA today and when leaving, my car wouldn’t crank. Several employees came to my rescue, finding jumper cables and blocking off the lane beside of me so an employee could pull beside me to hook up the cables. They made several attempts to get it cranked. One manager even offered me a milkshake as it was extremely hot outside! The customer service at this location is truly “second to none”!
