I frequent this location but this was the first time I met what must’ve been the most cheerful and kind person to ever grace the food industry (I worked in restaurants for the longest time)! I've eaten at Happy and Hale a handful of times and I'm always satisfied with my order, but omg.... the Coco Curry Bowl is out of this world. The flavor, the texture, the just enough spice but not too much. I highly recommend! Their smoothies are also great and I love that they have a kids menu.

Food was pretty good. Proportions could have been a little bit more, but it was sufficient. The cook that was helping us was very friendly and helpful. He made the experience for us. Most customers seem to carry their food out, but the atmosphere inside is nice enough. Plain and modern interior. If you're in the mood for a grain bowl ?
