Food was pretty good. Proportions could have been a little bit more, but it was sufficient. The cook that was helping us was very friendly and helpful. He made the experience for us. Most customers seem to carry their food out, but the atmosphere inside is nice enough. Plain and modern interior. If you're in the mood for a grain bowl ? ( which many people are these days ) then you can do way worse than go to Happy and Hale. I'd say give it a shot. We tend to go a couple of times a month.Vegetarian options: Vegans and vegetarians can find plenty to eat here.

I frequent this location but this was the first time I met what must’ve been the most cheerful and kind person to ever grace the food industry (I worked in restaurants for the longest time)! To the blonde girl with the beaded choker necklace and mauve north face jacket, your service was fantastic and your cheery demeanor was seriously contagious. The way you treated me in the 5 minutes max I was there made my day. Whatever you’re getting paid should be doubled. I will be back soon!

I've eaten at Happy and Hale a handful of times and I'm always satisfied with my order, but omg.... the Coco Curry Bowl is out of this world. The flavor, the texture, the just enough spice but not too much. I highly recommend! Their smoothies are also great and I love that they have a kids menu.
