“Passing through downtown Wake Forest (NC). Stumbled on this place. Simply put AWESOME! Three of us ate lunch-Griddle fried double cheeseburger with onion rings, fish and chips and grilled chicken sandwich-all excellent Couldn't recommend enough.“
“So I wasn't sure about taking our kids (4 of them, 7 and under), but was pleasantly surprised at how much they enjoyed the food. They said they loved it and so did my husband and I! The service was amazing and there is a separate, quieter dining area that is away from the pub side of the restaurant, which was perfect for us and other families!“
“Went here for lunch on the Tuesday before Christmas. Service was excellent and very fast. Kids had burgers and they were tasty... not award-winning but I would definitely eat again (and it IS a Greek-based restaurant). The traditional gyro was very good and had plenty of meat. Very good experience and we will be back.“

“Wayback Burgers is a relatively new addition to the recently completed Wheatfield Shopping Plaza on Forestville Road in Wake Forest. It's nice, it's clean and there is ample parking. The staff were friendly and attentive. My order came out quick and was brought to the table. I went with the A-1 Burger with a side of onion rings (breath mint needed after). It was good and tasty. The onions rings could have been a bit crisper and they needed more seasoning. They offer an array of dipping sauces for them. I went with the chiplote. It went well with the rings. Overall a 3.75. I'll definitely be back to try one of the other burgers soon and maybe the free milk shake I have for signing up for the text alerts.“

“I just moved to the area And decided to go for lunch with my niece and kids the server was nice and attentive. Everyone seemed to really enjoy the food. I had a Cesar Salad and it was the best I've tasted , usually when I order it the croutons are hard as a rock but they made them crunchy and easy to chew and even the lettuce was perfect. The place its self was nice nothing fancy but casual and comfortable. The hostess was very nice and professional. I will definitely go back.“
