There was a sleet/ice storm 6 days ago. The temp has remained below freezing since then. Today we went to store #6563 in Wake Forest, NC to eat and there was still a thick layer of ice over much of the parking lot and on the walkway around the entrance... no effort had been made either to scrape the ice or melt it after nearly a week! The staff inside were totally unconcerned about it and simply said "we don't have any salt" and "we don't have a shovel" when I mentioned the danger....read full review
