“I’ve experienced how wonderful Hawaii’s shaved ice is and never thought I’d be able to find Anything close here on the mainland. Boy was I wrong! Pelicans has the absolute best. Best shaved eyes next to Hawaii of course that I have ever experienced so much variety and so many unique flavors and combinations kids love it. I’m 50 and I absolutely love it kid at hard. I guess you could say but it’s great for all ages.“

“The only reason I gave it 4 is because they had 1 person manning register, orders and pick up orders. I felt so bad for her, she maintained a professional , calm and pleasant attitude but she was visibly overwhelmed. 2 people minimum, for safety and sanity of your workers.“

“This is my kid’s favorite sweet shop! We also love that their aunt who lives in another state can order on the app and surprise them with cookies for us to pick up at the store. They walk it out to the car and there is always a sweet little note on the box from her. Great idea for those who want to give a gift. You can’t go wrong with pretty much any cookie. What we love the most is that we use their cookie cutter that we purchased to cut it into fourths so we can all enjoy each flavor!“

“The absolute best custard ice cream there is!! I highly recommend their sugar free vanilla. It is so extremely tasty that you would never expect it to be sugar free. Also, very friendly customer service. I have to give a shout out to Jenna today at the Garner location. Apparently it was only her second day and she was killing it!! The weather was perfect for an ice cream treat this afternoon and it was quite busy. Jenna was as friendly as could be and she was extremely fast with having to both take orders, take payment and fulfill the orders. Jenna is a rock star and did an excellent job representing Goodberry’s in the very best way.“

“service tonight 4/25 is very rough. I understand it's a busy night, but there is absolutely no need for the assistant manager to get an attitude, when he rang up the wrong item. (ordered large drinks, he rang up large fries. didnt notice until after we paid) when asked where the large drink was, he got an attitude and said that we didn't order a second drink. I've had countless good experiences here, ans will continue to come back. BUT, just because it's busy, there's absolutely NO reason to get an attitude with customers. especially when you're in the wrong.“
