“Awesome place for the whole family. Amazing ice cream. Wide selection of flavors. Some inside seating or out back deck with chairs and tables some rocking chairs too. Sit on steps or bring a blanket to sit on on the grass field so kids can run and play and admire the cows in the pasture. A great place to be with friends and family to enjoy the best farm fresh ice cream made on site with milk from the NC State dairy.“

“This place has the best ice cream. Unfortunately, it does not have the best employees. Every single time I’ve been there in the last two years, my order has been wrong. Stopped by and ordered two sundaes tonight. Both of them had the wrong flavors in them. Like, not even close. We ended up throwing them away. Was going to complain but the kid that made them was running the register so I figured what’s the point. So, great ice cream when you get what you order. I’ve kind of forgotten what that’s like but I’m still recommending them.“

“My son is getting married today in Raleigh and many months ago I had the idea to serve make your own sundaes at the rehearsal dinner. We loved Kilwins on a Naples vacation so I contacted the Raleigh Kilwins’ manager, Bobby Strait, about my idea. He worked with me to organize a smooth way to work out our idea. Last night we picked up the ice cream, Bobby had everything ready to go, and it was the perfect amount complete with bowls, spoons and napkins. Our guests loved the ice cream and I can’t thank Bobby enough for making this happen. We’re from Cleveland so everything was planned via email. I appreciate how smooth everything went and of course, the ice cream was delicious. Thank you!!“

“I am an avid fan of Crumbl and there is nothing better than to walk in and get great customer service! I went into this location about 1 hr before closing and the associate on staff, Carnell, was super helpful! He was knowledgeable about the cookies this week which really helped me narrow down what I wanted. Well done Brier Creek location! I will definitely be returning soon!“

“The absolute best custard ice cream there is!! I highly recommend their sugar free vanilla. It is so extremely tasty that you would never expect it to be sugar free. Also, very friendly customer service. I have to give a shout out to Jenna today at the Garner location. Apparently it was only her second day and she was killing it!! The weather was perfect for an ice cream treat this afternoon and it was quite busy. Jenna was as friendly as could be and she was extremely fast with having to both take orders, take payment and fulfill the orders. Jenna is a rock star and did an excellent job representing Goodberry’s in the very best way.“

“I order cookies from here very often through the Crumbl app and have never had problems with delivery. Last night I ordered and sadly DoorDash messed up big time. Person “couldn’t find” my apartment which has never happened and decided to drop off the box at the front office which was closed. I get there and they were stolen. I called the store asking what could we do and Caroline picked up and PERSONALLY delivered a new box of cookies to me herself. I don’t write google reviews often but Caroline was so accommodating that I feel I had to do this. As a person that works in a customer facing industry, Caroline has gone above and beyond! I know it may seem like a box of cookies but they are my finances favorite and I’m surprising her at the airport with this box that Caroline delivered as I type this.“

“Ordered a drink that came out wrong, explained it so I could order something different as it wasn't tasting right at all. Still get charged for the old drink, infact my drink points I redeemed didn't even get accounted for. Terrible service. They won't remake your drink either, even if it's clearly wrong. don't recommend cary location its only gotten worse.“

“We have bought sourdough bread all over the state of NC and VA, and this company’s bread is by far the best we have had anywhere. We live in VA, and had it for the first time about a month ago on a trip to Raleigh, and have been raving about since to everyone who will listen. We’ll be making a weekend jaunt back down there soon to get more… oh, and maybe to see my son, too 😂“

“I’m from TX so I was happy when I saw there was a Tiff’s Treats in Raleigh. A day trip to town with my boyfriend and we had to stop by.
My cookies were warm and delicious as expected, I grabbed a dozen on our way out of town for his mom and she loved them too!

“This is the best coffee house in Apex workout a doubt. So many great options, delicious coffee and the best cinnamon buns (according to my husband!). We go to Common Ground at least once a week and miss it a lot when we're out of town.“

“Omg I love Champloo. What drew me to them was the Dubai chocolate strawberry cups ! One try and I was HOOKED. My girlfriend and I traveled to Raleigh today just to satisfy my sweet tooth for the Pistachio Crunch. It was very delicious. Warm melty chocolate is the best I’ve had yet. No one can beat it. I wanna shout out to Ben for his customer service and giving me a nice container of chocolate to travel back home with. That was such an awesome gesture ! We will be back again soon !“
