So the last time I came to Insomnia Cookies, I wanted red velvet cookies. I got there, and they were out of cookies. That was last year. So this year, I decided to call the phone #, so I can see if they're out of cookies, so I'm not wasting a trip out there. Guess how long I've been waiting for them to answer the phone?
