So the last time I came to Insomnia Cookies, I wanted red velvet cookies. I got there, and they were out of cookies. That was last year. So this year, I decided to call the phone #, so I can see if they're out of cookies, so I'm not wasting a trip out there. Guess how long I've been waiting for them to answer the phone?
excellent service!! always so friendly. the last time we came in was over a month ago and they still remembered us and greeted us warmly. staff is obviously very hardworking and dedicated.
Delicious cookies only issue i have which happened twice. They only give me a pinch of ice cream it call for one scope.. its not even a half of scoop in my cup. Thanks.
