I’m sitting here waiting for my food order and the staff openly, publicly - for all customers to hear - griped about my large order multiple times. Absolutely unprofessional and inexcusable. And offered no apology. Last time ordering from here.
Ordered before several times. Today the bagels looked as if they were mini bagels. Then I ordered cinnamon RASIN and got cinnamon SUGAR bagel. And again looked as if they were mini bagels, and spent almost 30.00 for 3 bagels. Nope not a happy

Got there at 10:30, place a 2 sandwich bagels. Took 21 minutes to get them, while 2 people had ordered before us. Employees were talking a lot and not really focusing on the orders at all. The bagels were good but just the service ruined it for me.
