03/05/24 I ordered a bowl and was given my bowl w/ a thin aluminum foil wrap cover , like when you leave a cookout, i was not dinning in and actually had to walk and take a bus downtown so a thin foil wrap wouldn’t work for me, the food would spill. when I noticed they did have regular heavy duty lids , I was told that they were only giving them to mobile orders. I ordered ahead for a pickup at 3 o’clock. Not 12 or 1 during rush time. 3 pm. I ordered a chicken burrito and asked for extra lettuce and sour cream. Not only was there none at all, there also wasn’t any fajitas, corn salsa or tomato salsa which I asked for. I thought this was a joke or something. Manager was very unprofessional, didn’t understand anything I was saying and the restaurant was a mess. Trash everywhere and overfilling. Napkins and utensils were empty, it was a nightmare :(
