Saw a rat outside of the establishment, chips were stale, rude customer service, accused of stealing things that I bought. Light with the portions. Wish to have my money refunded if someone reads this.
I’m sorry but this chipotle is an entire joke. The chips have no seasoning or salt. The guac was old and brown looking. Don’t dare make a pick up order.. you will be missing food and maybe even missing the meat. Never in my life.
Was the closest location, and decided to try despite the mixed reviews.
Enough parking and there was no wait. I got a salad with chicken. I asked for more lettuce, he provided and when ask for more chicken he properly said it’s a second scoop. The food was good, was seasoned and fresh. Staff was helpful and pointed out where to find the fountain.
Glad I went, maybe they retrained or got new staff…Will visit again.
