I was visiting only as a Door Dasher but the place was clean the employees were super friendly and my customer's order was prepared and ready to go!

03/05/24 I ordered a bowl and was given my bowl w/ a thin aluminum foil wrap cover , like when you leave a cookout, i was not dinning in and actually had to walk and take a bus downtown so a thin foil wrap wouldn’t work for me, the food would spill. when I noticed they did have regular heavy duty lids , I was told that they were only giving them to mobile orders. I offered to pay extra for a lid for my bowl and the guy doing mobile orders laughed at that idea , I asked to speak to a manager and she also said I can not give you a lid, and offered yet another thin layer of the burrito aluminum foil they were wrapping everyone’s bowl with, so I requested a refund & she was happy to do it. I got a 14.99 refund because the store did not purchase enough inventory in a timely manner and would rather lose 14.99 than give a lid that was probably 0.17 in bulk.

I ordered ahead for a pickup at 3 o’clock. Not 12 or 1 during rush time. 3 pm. I ordered a chicken burrito and asked for extra lettuce and sour cream. Not only was there none at all, there also wasn’t any fajitas, corn salsa or tomato salsa which I asked for. I thought this was a joke or something. I get it if it’s one missing thing and it’s crazy busy. No.. this is not acceptable that I’m at home chopping lettuce, getting sour cream out of my refrigerator, pulling out cold salsa out of the refrigerator and finishing preparing my burrito.
Smallest portions ever for the price..: gave me one extra scoop of rice but charged me for

Manager was very unprofessional, didn’t understand anything I was saying and the restaurant was a mess. Trash everywhere and overfilling. Napkins and utensils were empty, it was a nightmare :(

Chipotle has gotten worse and worse and finally had a meal at this location that was so incredibly salty I couldn’t choke it down.

Anytime I place a pickup order they can’t seem to get it right. Literally added none of the toppings I requested and had the nerve to charge me extra for guacamole, which they didn’t add!!! And I tipped these useless people. Get it together, chipotle! Unacceptable and horribly trained staff clearly.
