Very disappointing customer service. My spouse and I ordered three bagels and two hash browns which somehow took 20 minutes! The lady in the drive through kept her back turned to us and didn’t acknowledge how long it took until handing us our food. The bagels weren’t even fully cut in half either. The only saving grace for this restaurant is the food.
First of all, I wish they add soups again to their menu and the chicken salad sandwich.Tried the brisket sandwich. It was delicious! I would love it more if the onions and green peppers were grilled tender.Also tried the potato puff. It was ok, not bad. Small serving, suspected it was previously frozen and heated up in microwave based on steam.The need to take chips off menu if they are going to rip off customers charging $1.79 for a 1 ounce snack bag!!! This is the 3rd time yall have gotten my order wrong in TWO WEEKS. I keep coming back because I want my fix and yall keep f’n it up. First it’s the bread, then it’s a completely different bagel and then today there was no cream cheese which I made clear I wanted TWICE. It’s just annoying and then your phone services are down so I can’t even call to get a free bagel, which I DESERVE at this point
