This is the 3rd time yall have gotten my order wrong in TWO WEEKS. I keep coming back because I want my fix and yall keep f’n it up. First it’s the bread, then it’s a completely different bagel and then today there was no cream cheese which I made clear I wanted TWICE. It’s just annoying and then your phone services are down so I can’t even call to get a free bagel, which I DESERVE at this point

Very disappointing customer service. My spouse and I ordered three bagels and two hash browns which somehow took 20 minutes! The lady in the drive through kept her back turned to us and didn’t acknowledge how long it took until handing us our food. The bagels weren’t even fully cut in half either. The only saving grace for this restaurant is the food.

First of all, I wish they add soups again to their menu and the chicken salad sandwich.Tried the brisket sandwich. It was delicious! I would love it more if the onions and green peppers were grilled tender.Also tried the potato puff. It was ok, not bad. Small serving, suspected it was previously frozen and heated up in microwave based on steam.The need to take chips off menu if they are going to rip off customers charging $1.79 for a 1 ounce snack bag!!! It should’ve came with sandwich.

I am truly disappointed at how awful my bagels were. I ordered $40 worth of bagels and cream cheese to feed my family members who’s relative had passed. Not only were the bagels not fresh but they were brick hard. We had a hard time cutting into them and when we finally cut it open to put it into the toaster it didn’t help. I want my money back and they can have their brick bagels back. Considering this used to be one of my favorite bagel places but they won’t be getting another penny out of me!

Crunchy bagel and not in a good way, burnt bacon, service took forever and order was incorrect Way overpriced for poor quality food, this location may be worse than the Ridge Rd location
Went here one my birthday Oct 8th 10:40AM because bruegars is my favorite , however this day was the most disgusting experience I've ever had here and corporate has ignored my complaint. Almost 20 dollars for 3 hard bagels with a tiny amount of cream cheese, soggy tomatoes and bacon and a stale muffin. And the didn't give me a receipt.

I went here to pick up a mobile order. Employee said there was no mobile order in their system when I went. I showed them the record of the order on the app and then they proceeded to question me and said my credit card probably got bounced. I then pulled up my credit card app to show that my charge did not get bounced. They then suggested that I purchase another bagel in store and then dispute the charge with my credit card company. At this point, I decided to just walk out as I have never received such disappointing service at a restaurant and didn't feel like arguing anymore. I ended up just eating the $7 charge, getting no breakfast, and will never be returning again!Update: I reached out to customer service the day this happened and never received a response.
