Also, very friendly customer service. I have to give a shout out to Jenna today at the Garner location. Apparently it was only her second day and she was killing it!! The weather was perfect for an ice cream treat this afternoon and it was quite busy. Jenna was as friendly as could be and she was extremely fast with having to both take orders, take payment and fulfill the orders. “I order cookies from here very often through the Crumbl app and have never had problems with delivery. Last night I ordered and sadly DoorDash messed up big time. Person “couldn’t find” my apartment which has never happened and decided to drop off the box at the front office which was closed. I get there and they were stolen. I called the store asking what could we do and Caroline picked up and PERSONALLY delivered a new box of cookies to me herself. I don’t write google reviews often but Caroline was so accommodating that I feel I had to do this. As a person that works in a customer facing industry, Caroline has gone above and beyond! I know it may seem like a box of cookies but they are my finances favorite and I’m surprising her at the airport with this box that Caroline delivered as I type this.“

“I ordered the Strawberry Crunch Cake with cheesecake in the middle, and it was absolutely amazing! The presentation was stunning—the cake was so beautiful we almost didn’t want to cut it. And when we did, it tasted just as good as it looked!
