“Absolutely love this place! From the moment you walk in you’re greeted with friendly, family-run vibes and a cozy atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile. Their rolled ice cream, made-to-order taiyaki, boba drinks, and soft serve are all top notch — rich in flavor, beautifully made, and never too sweet. Watching them prepare the treats is part of the experience, and every visit feels special. They also do an amazing job with coffee drinks and have options like oat milk available. This is hands-down one of Durham’s best dessert shops — worth a visit for families, date night, or anytime you’re craving something sweet!“

“Wow! Excellent gelato/pastry/olive oil shop in a spot you would never know is there unless by word-of-mouth or Google search. Christine, the owner, is so upbeat, friendly and welcoming. She was so informative and gave us some samples to try. The gelato is amazing! Light, airy, fresh, smooth, creamy, flavorful and not too sweet. I wasn't thirsty searching for water afterwards like with other places. We ate our gelato while talking with Christine as she told us all about the shop and her husband's culinary background. As Italian-Americans from New York who grew up with Italian grandmothers cooking and baking with them in the kitchen and having more than our fair share of Italian treats from some of the best and most famous Italian bakeries, we can honestly say this unassuming gem ranks up there with the best of them! Don't hesitate to try them out! We can't wait to go back.“

“This is my 2nd time eating here & eventhough it’s been a few yrs it’s as delicious as I remember the first time. The food was HOT & FRESH !! seasoned well , no salt or pepper required. Anytime I’m in the area they will always have a customer in me & my family. Don’t walk but run. The customer service is always on point as well.“

I celebrated my birthday here with a group of 17 people and from the initial conversation with the staff they were extremely efficient, professional and accommodating! And the food…the food was incredible! The drinks were made perfectly, the service was top notch and the atmosphere was very accommodating. I 100% recommend this place, no matter the occasion! “I’m between 4 and 5 stars for this place only because of the price. It is higher than other places but I went with 5 stars because the quality is good and the folks are always super friendly. It is really yummy stuff, but be aware it does add up quickly for multiple people. Definitely recommend overall!“
