“First time here tonight. 10/10 experience. The kitchen is absolutely on point. Love the attention to detail and quality towards every ingredient of every dish (ordered about 7 different things) They combine incredible flavors, perfectly executed. Really just had the perfect meal. Thank you for that and all you do to make it happen. On the same level as the food was the service. Our server was as good as it gets. She was genuine, perfect timing every time, not intrusive, and extremely intelligent, top level. She took a bunch of extra time to share her deep knowledge of the menu and give us the ultimate dining experience. Couldn't have been better in anyway. Beyond appreciated. Her name was Kate F.Bravo Nana's... dope spot that I will definitely be recommending to a bunch of people. I've been a foodie/industry worker for a long time, always in search of experiences like this. Looking forward to coming back.“

Wine Tasting

“A lovely wine bar with a wonderful selection of orange wine! I stopped by again on my birthday a few weeks ago, and was warmly welcomed by the owner Esteban. I think Brunello focuses more on the wine than the bar. In other words, it’s a great place to try out and get educated on new wine, but it’s less “vibe-y” as a bar. I wonder if softer chairs/a couch would help. Overall highly recommend!!“

“Cute vibes. my boyfriend and I came on the Thursday night which is their trivia night. The hostesses checked on us many times. We both had sandwiches. That were just OK. We also bought two seasonal drinks I personally feel mine was a bit too strong, but but who complains about too strong of a drink?!? I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this place for dinner, but it was fun to do the trivia and to have snacks and dessert. I will definitely be back. Dessert was the best part…crème brûlée.“

West End Wine Bar of Durham Wine Bar • $
601 W Main St Suite E, Durham

“Loved the Digging in the Crates event. I've been here a few times before and had no issues with service...however last night during the Digging in the Crates event I kept getting passed by the caucasian bartenders. To the point that one was serving other caucasians around me, even holding full conversations. Ridiculous that the one black bartender who wasn't even serving that end of the bar came over to make my drink and he got an amazing tip for serving me as well. So for the bartenders that kept walking by me...that could have been your $13 tip. They need to do better with delivering better service, which is probably how the bar area started to look a little segregated.“

“I walked into a fun coffee spot that looks like college students probably take up all of the tables regularly. It's cozy and relaxed. I wanted an Iced Mocha, but unfortunately, they were out of chocolate. So I grabbed an amazing Iced Macha with a pump of syrup. Delicious! My mom liked her Eggnog drink, though the fact that it was hot put her off a little. The staff seemed happy to be there and were helpful when my mom didn't know what she wanted. I will be back!“

“Our first time at Vin Rouge was a wonderful experience for two reasons: excellent food and great staff. We ordered four things from the menu (salmon, a salad, and two appetizers) and all of them were prepared to perfection. If you have a meal at Vin Rouge, we feel confident that the quality of food you experience will confirm our judgment. Our greeting lady was very pleasant. Our waitress, Kate, provided excellent service and handled everything superbly from start to finish. Semih is an outstanding manager, very professional and polite. He took the time to speak with us and impressed us as the exactly right type of person for what he is doing. A big thank-you to Vin Rouge for a great evening!“
