“I lived in northern New Jersey for 65 years. New Jersey had an abundance of great hot dog and Texas wiener joints. The old Callahan’s and Hiram’s in Fort Lee, Jonny & Hanges in Paterson, the Hot Grill, Goffle Grill and more. I moved down to Raleigh 5 1/2 years ago and it is impossible to get a great wiener with mustard, onions and chilli. Very disappointing. I found Steve’s when I had my car serviced. I must say the all-the-way hot dogs were the closest to my beloved New Jersey weiners. Fries were hot and crispy and the lemonade delicious. Not the most fancy place but the service is friendly and fast. I’ll be back for more.“

“This chargrill is a little more out of the way compared to some of the other locations, so it's a little more relaxed and chill. It is still surprisingly busy, and a greta place for a quick bite. We are not on this side of town often, but it is a nice place to come when we are out and about in the area.“

“My wife and I had a craving for burgers to go with chili on them. I ordered one regular burger Cook Out style and one regular burger tray with fries and onion rings. The fries and onion rings were good. The burgers were really good. The banana pudding shake was one of the most amazing desserts ever, which we shared nicely. The only reason that I gave the atmosphere a "4" is because it is tough waiting in the drive through lane smelling all the good food while waiting for my food to be made. Thanks Cook Out!“
