“Great food, atmosphere, cold beer“

“I have lived in Chapel Hill for most of my life and have known about this place, but we never visited, but now that we have tried their burgers, we will most definitely be eating there more often.

The burgers tasted delicious, and we also got some fries. Their sweet potato fries were my favorite. the staff were working hard and they were very nice too. It's a nice place to get a nice burger.“

“The Classic burger and the Bobo chili cheese burger were very tasty. The sweet potato fries and crinkly fries were crispy with just enough salt on them. The only issue is the lack of seating both indoors and outdoors. The indoor wall decor is interesting with many different number plates“

“Went there for the 1st time today with friends we had been going to MacD's for breakfast once a week but the new high melanin mgr has destroyed it! 2 weeks in a row they had NO drinks thats right no drinks except water and orange juice so it was time to move on. Well I want to thank the new high melanin mgr because Sunshine is head above what they ever were so thanks for running us off we found a REAL GOOD place to have breakfast! The biscuits are large and very good so eat here forget the others in the area this is the place.“

“We had lunch at Allen & Son today, and everything was delicious. We had the X-Large BBQ Plate with cole slaw, fried okra and hush puppies, and the barbecue certainly lived up to the Allen & Son reputation! It was great! Thanks for a great lunch!“

“Best burgers in NC! My favorite is the bacon cheeseburger with fresh onion, mustard and pickle. I just keep it very simple because it’s so delicious in itself I want to taste every bite. Then I take the fresh cut fries and I put some in between a couple of bites, not the whole burger of course, just enough to taste the fries with the fresh cheeseburger. My drink of choice is an ice cold lime coke.“

“It's Cook Out - you know what you're getting rolling up to one of these bad boys. Clean location, hot greasy food with that open flame taste and smell. Best milkshakes. And although the prices have gone up it's still a ton of food for a good price.“
