Piada Italian Street Food offers a friendly and welcoming dining experience with great food and attentive service. Customers appreciate the fast service and helpful staff, with many praising specific team members for their kindness and genuine care. The staff, including Chef Noura, Chef Alec, and Joanna, are known for their friendly attitudes, helpful recommendations, and dedication to making each guest feel valued. The menu features delicious options like the Caesar wrap with hot chicken and the Basil Pesto pasta with Alfredo and steak, which are consistently enjoyed for their quality and flavor. Even when visiting late, the food remains fresh and hot, showcasing the restaurant's commitment to good quality. Customers also notice the clean and organized environment, with staff taking pride in maintaining a tidy space. Overall, Piada is celebrated for its tasty meals, friendly faces, and excellent customer service, making it a popular spot for repeat visits. The only minor concern raised was about food safety, specifically hair being present in food, which suggests room for improvement in hygiene practices. Despite this, the restaurant's welcoming atmosphere and delicious food continue to leave a positive impression on guests.
