I visited CFA in Garner this week. I was truly amazed by the customer service. Ka-shi took my order and was very pleasant. On the way to the pick up window, I remembered that I forgot to replace the fries with the Mac and asked Asia ( I believe this was her name) if she could replace it. Always good. Service is great. You only have to wait because of volume. Very busy at lunch as expected.
Dumb drive thru
Edit: didn't have much of a drive thru experience because of how inconvenient and unapparent it is to get to a window. Thought the remodeling would have fixed that
