I ordered chicken, egg and cheese. They charged me for it, but they forgot the egg. That wouldn't be a big problem if there was any moisture in the chicken but Bojangles must be trying to cut costs with this 1/8" thick dried out chicken disc they put on my biscuit.
Just got a lunch from here. Drive-thru was long but moved quickly. Ordered a 4pc dark with mashed potatoes and gravy and a sweet tea. Chicken was overcooked and all I got was a container of gravy, no potatoes. Tea was good. Cashier almost shorted me $10 in change had I not brought it to her attention. Lunch is over so I can't even go back to get potatoes. Pretty disappointing from a franchise that I love.

This Bojangles location is extremely busy in the morning. I've had good experiences but as with most biscuit breakfast restaurants it depends on who works on a given day so you can have a 5* breakfast or a 1*. This location tends to rate higher more often than not.
