At this point, the only good bojangles location is the one on Jones sausage road. This location has long lines, but I don't get the hype when the fries are barely warm, not seasoned, and limpy while the chicken is a hit or miss.

These people can’t get an order right for anything. I watched the guy in front of me ask them for something he had originally ordered 5 times before they gave me my food. He’s probably still there waiting for all I know. They forget half the order or get it wrong because they don’t care 90% of the time. The food is actually fine if you ever get what you were asking for, but I can’t rate it well since it’ll probably be some random thing or they’ll leave out the sauce you asked for…

The tenders are always dry, cold, and overcooked! Why fry a big batch and just have them sitting there for 20 mins? Bojangles has fell off in recent years. It starts at the top. The managers need to understand that CHICKEN doesn't stay fresh for too long. Also, the girl at the register is always acting as if she's annoyed or has an attitude!! Very off-putting!!! Service is trash here! Do better!!!! Bojangles has a standard and this location is not meeting that standard!
