“Straight 10 stars if I could leave them! I showed up 3 minutes to closing and Ryan took care of of me and got me squared away with a smile. He didn’t even flinch that I was so close to closing. Another gentleman came in after me and still was served. Ryan told me that he loves making money and was happppy to take my order with 3 minutes to close. The sandwich was a SMASH HIT!!!“

Even though Lucille’s technically doesn’t deliver, the owner took my call, got to the bagel store earlier than usual to assemble my order and delivered it herself. “Great Subway location in Wake Forest with really friendly service. I stopped in around 12:30 PM on a weekday and was greeted almost immediately, which made the experience feel welcoming right away.

There was a small line, but it moved quickly. The ingredients looked fresh, well stocked, and exactly how you’d expect from a good Subway. The team took their time making each sandwich, asking about toppings instead of rushing through the process.

The cashier was polite, thanked me for coming in, and the staff stayed busy even when things slowed down. The dining area, drink station, and even the men’s room were all clean and well maintained.

If you’re looking for a clean, friendly, and reliable Subway in Wake Forest, this one in the Gateway Commons shopping center is a great spot to stop for a quick lunch.“

“Incredible service! Excellent food and delivery was right on time! I placed on online order out of state for an important business lunch and ran into a couple of computer issues on my end (not Which Wich). They were amazingly supportive and helpful throughout the whole day in making sure we got everything we needed. Special kudos to Dimitri and Amanda who were so nice and friendly and helpful and patient! And the biggest shout out to the owner who did everything he could to ensure lunch would be delivered on time and for the constant follow-ups! My boss said everything was perfect and delicious!! If I ever make to it NC, I definitely am going to stop in!!“

“Subway was running March Madness promotions on the app, and the Subway I normally stop at wasn't participating, so this Subway came up as an alternative. It is located in Wakefield Crossing Shopping Center. (The one with the Food Lion)

I ordered on the app, then went in to pick up my order in the designated area. It was quick and efficient. I didn't interact with the staff. My order was prepared correctly. The store seemed clean and well-maintained.“
