“I walked to Jersey Mike’s for lunch today with my infant. I have a dairy allergy and cannot consume anything that contains the milk protein, which is prevalent in cheese. AP took my allergy very seriously and took it upon himself to thoroughly clean the slicer so that cross contamination wouldn’t be an issue. I was very grateful! Furthermore, the Pepsi had run out of syrup and was flat, as soon as I let them know, the woman at the register swapped it out and went above and beyond, coming to get my cup and filling it when she was finished. Mind you, this is a self serve machine! I highly appreciate the care that these employees exhibit and will be back soon.“

“Incredible service! Excellent food and delivery was right on time! I placed on online order out of state for an important business lunch and ran into a couple of computer issues on my end (not Which Wich). They were amazingly supportive and helpful throughout the whole day in making sure we got everything we needed. Special kudos to Dimitri and Amanda who were so nice and friendly and helpful and patient! And the biggest shout out to the owner who did everything he could to ensure lunch would be delivered on time and for the constant follow-ups! My boss said everything was perfect and delicious!! “Subway was running March Madness promotions on the app, and the Subway I normally stop at wasn't participating, so this Subway came up as an alternative. It is located in Wakefield Crossing Shopping Center. (The one with the Food Lion)

I ordered on the app, then went in to pick up my order in the designated area. It was quick and efficient. I didn't interact with the staff. My order was prepared correctly. The store seemed clean and well-maintained.“

“It had been a while since I had been to a subway. On 10/31/24 I went to this location for the first time around 9:00am in the morning. I was greeted with a warm welcome from Gissel. She answered all my questions I had and provided me with excellent service and food. The service was so great I went back again on 11/1/24 which was the next morning.“

There was a small line, but it moved quickly. The ingredients looked fresh, well stocked, and exactly how you’d expect from a good Subway. The team took their time making each sandwich, asking about toppings instead of rushing through the process.

I asked what I could get which is filling that had the best bang for my buck and he helped me decide what worked best for me. “I this team crushes it. was here on a Friday around 5:15 and they were steadily busy. Not too many people in line but obviously several online orders. Every single person in there was working their tails off, in a good rhythm with their orders, cranking out subs and everything still looked clean and organized. She wasn't the manager, but she was working with the manager today. I love the food, but service is just as important. Food is definitely a 5, but the service she provided was about a 2-3.“
