We ordered a 3 and a 4 pc supreme. The 4 pc was cold and missing one piece. The 3 pc was over cooked. Not to mention having to turn around and go back to get the mustard sauce they left out. So when I call back the little immature girl who answered the phone could’ve been nice instead of sarcastic and out right rude. I never understood the practice of fixing the fries while we're waiting on food and by the time I get my food my fries are cold.We went on a Monday which was New Year's Day, they were highly understaffed.However, they did eventually get it out and She did a an Excellent job on the crowd... Just not the food.My fries were just cold on all 3 orders..by the time my strips came up.. It was a wrap.

The service was quick and friendly and my food was hot. I'm not sure what more you could expect from a Bojangles but I'm very happy. The next time I'm in that area and it's lunch time I know I will be coming back for more of that delicious food.
