Tiger Sugar Cary – Boba Tea & Taiwanese Fried Chicken is a place for lunch and boba tea. The fried chicken is a favorite in the Triangle area. The popcorn chicken with classic pepper is perfectly fried with a great pepper plus mild sweet flavor. The popcorn chicken with plum flavor is incredible, and the chicken cutlet with spicy is fantastic. The fried chicken cutlet tastes just like the ones in Taiwan, crispy, juicy, and huge. The popcorn chicken tastes authentic, well-marinated, with perfect crispy skin. The boss fries are solid, seasoned well, and fried well. The boba is excellent, with dozens of customization options at the ordering system kiosk. The Japanes Matcha boba is great, and the iced coffee drink with coffee jelly and brown sugar boba is amazing. The oolong tea and Taro Tea are great. The staff is very friendly, the place is clean and well decorated. There is space to sit but only 2 tables. This place is well worth repeat visits and a must-visit for anyone who likes boba, fried chicken, and Taiwanese street snacks.
