After two years of weekly meetings at this location, the once clean and friendly store is now ridiculously dirty, new staff is unfriendly and somehow unable to do basics such as smile, clean a single table or clean up spilled beverages from the floor.
We will be moving our meetings and not coming back.
Figure it out Starbucks. Poor service is not the way to keep your customers coming back.
I have been coming to this Starbucks for a few years now. this latest staff change has been awful. the store is never clean, trash all over the floors and the tables are dirty. Today I had to ask 3x to get someone to wipe down a table for me. they were not busy and there were 2 people in the back not waiting on customers that could of come out and wiped down the tables. the staff isn't that friendly like the past employees.
