When you begrudgingly pull into any Starbucks location other than GRACE PARK but realize the entire staff has been temporarily relocated during renovations! I should have known by the speedy, efficient service my crew was in there!! Can we please clone Ben and the entire Grace Park Team?! Not one location comes close to it! Take notes Parkside team!!!

Got a "pup cup" for our dog. We made it clear it was for our dog, and the barista put chocolate at the bottom of the cup. I am honestly appalled by this.

Went Monday Mar.11,24 ordered a small Caramel Macchiato it was horrible tasted burnt as tho coffee had been made many hours ago just sitting on the burner. I was so livid paid $5.36 for something I could not drink and gave a 2.00 tip at the window. ?

this is the best starbucks i’ve ever been to! I typically never go to starbucks due to making my own coffee at home, but nonetheless this staff is amazing!! nothing but care and love for their craft!! nothing brightens my day more than seeing these wonderful baristas and managers everyday!! I commute past 4 different starbucks’ everyday just to go to this one, and all I can say is the drive is worth it!

I have been a devoted Starbucks patron for many years, accustomed to a simple modification to my order: my coffee in a larger cup to prevent spills. However, my recent visit to the Starbucks on Parkside Main St in Cary, NC, was appalling. My standard request was flatly denied by the staff member at the window. Upon requesting the manager's intervention, I was met with nothing but rudeness and condescension. Such behavior is unacceptable in any customer service scenario, especially at Starbucks, a place I've patronized loyally. I'm also 9 months pregnant and caused me emotional and distressed for it was merely a request for a larger cup (willing to pay for the cup), yet the manager's handling of the situation was disgraceful. This manager clearly lacks the professionalism and customer service skills required for the role and should face disciplinary action, if not outright termination, for such poor conduct. As a shareholder, this experience not only sours my view of visiting Starbucks in the future but also makes me reconsider my investment in the company. If this is how loyal customers are treated, it's disheartening to think about the direction in which the company is headed.

This place was amazing! My brother (17) got admission for college and I age of 10 was amazed to say this was a great place. The place was well cleaned and we were greeted with warm smiles. I am a kid and I can't have caffiene and unlike other Starbuck baristas rolling their eyes this one barista was kind enough to patiently wait for me to scroll down their (kid friendly) menu. It was a happy moment for me and I hope you go to.

I drop by to get my girl her Tall Mocha and a chocolate croissant. I get myself a butter croissant and they are great, as are their breakfast sandwiches.

I love this place. I always go with my son and bond with him over a cup of pumpkin spice latte. Great environment and customer service. We love it!! ❤️Vegetarian options: Impossible sandwiches are delicious.

My drink was great! However, the place is very understaffed and only one person was making drinks on a weekend. I waited nearly 30 minutes for one drink. It’s not the baristas fault, but whoever isn’t scheduling enough people.

Very nice staff, but need more training?I ordered something as simple as small iced coffee caramel and cream, but didn’t get what I asked for and had to come back for them to remake it just to not put caramel in it the 2nd time…I don’t like to be a difficult customer, so I just took what they made me although it wasn’t what I asked for
