Best bagels in NC! Looking forward to their new store.

When I close my eyes, I can still remember the crunch of the outside of the bagel followed by a near-perfect dough consistency. The bagels may be some of the best in the triangle. Their cream cheese is unique and complements their bagels well. Not to mention a good serving size. The egg and cheese on a bagel would be close to an omelette in a bagel. Best bagels on the planet, hands down. NYC, forget about it. Montreal, are those even bagels?!?

Isaac's is the real deal, crusty on the outside, pillowy on the inside, and if you get the everything like me, coated head to toe (or maybe all around since it's a bagel) in the good bits. I'm talking densely encrusted in sesame and poppy seeds, garlic, and onions. YUUUMMMMM!

Don't walk, run to Isaac's -- you won't be disappointed!
