Delicious! We tried the strawberry crunch, reeses, banana pudding, and cherry. All were creamy and fresh! Definitely get to this place close to opening time because they sell out quick.
If you like cheesecake, you will LOVE AJ's in Durham NC!! I'm quickly going through the menu of 4" mini's, and I have not had a bad one yet!!!
I saw this food truck at the Asheville VegFest and as a cheesecake fanatic I knew I had to stop and grab something.
I met some truly amazing souls at the window that day. Hilarious and kind and I left their truck so happy.
